CHEWONKI CAMPGROUND is a RV Park in or near the town of Wiscasset. It is a almost small park with a possible 47 spots to park your home away from home. This park has pull thru slots to make setting up a snap. The owners of the park were careful not to claim that the park can handle a Big Rig. No need for a generator since the park has electric. Do not expect to run both air conditioners as 30 amp seems to be the largest service. Another of the basics – water hookups – is provided. Sewer connections are provided. One of the more civilized services – WiFi – is provided by the owners of the park. We have no idea of the over the air TV, but we do know that no Cable TV is provided. Your pet is welcome at this park. Some parts of this RV Park are more rustic than others with tent camping being accepted. This park has some waterfront so you might get to enjoy the added benefit of the peace of water. If getting in a pool is your thing then you are in luck at this park – it has pool access. Some shade trees do exist, which also make the park more scenic and attractive.
