CHERRY POINT MCAS TRAVEL CAMPGROUND MILITARY PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Havelock. It is a very small park with a claimed 15 sites to park your home away from home. This park has pull thru slots to make setting up a snap. Your large RV should have no trouble in the longer slots this park has. Electric hookups are provided. There is NO 50 amp service at the park. For the true RV experience – water hookups are provided – much better than camping in a tent! Adding to your RVing joy, make sure you bring your stinky slinky as there are sewer connections at the park. The park has a more authentic camping experience than some RV parks due to the lack of 802.11 WiFi. You had better hope you have satellite if you are a TV Addict – no cable tv at this park. Animals are welcome here. Note – tent camping is forbidden. Swimming pool access is a nice touch for this park.
