CHERAW STATE PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Cheraw. It is a very small park with a reported 18 sites to park your RV. This park has pull thru pads if you are uncomfortable with backing your rig. Do not worry too much about the length of your very long RV rig since the sites are built for large RVs. No need for a generator since the park has electric. Do not expect to run both air conditioners as 30 amp seems to be the largest service. Another of the basics – water hookups – is provided. You will want to ensure an empty gray and black tank as sewer connections are not provided here. Be prepared to actually put the computer down and enjoy your coffee as there is no Wireless Internet. We have no idea of the over the air TV, but we do know that no Cable TV is provided. Animals are welcome here. If you like to REALLY get outside, you would be thrilled to know that you can camp in a tent here. A neat thing about this park is that it does have some waterfront attached to it. Shade trees are at this RV park so you will be able to sip jack and coke in style. Do not just drive by Cheraw – instead stop and rest at CHERAW STATE PARK.
