CHATTAHOOCHEE BEND STATE PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Newnan. It is a small park with a reported 51 rv sites to park your camper. This park has pull thru pads if you are uncomfortable with backing your rig. If you are driving a large Class A, then you are in luck since there are some extra long pads. No need for a generator since the park has electric. You will be thrilled to know that 50 amp service is provided. For the true RV experience – water hookups are provided – much better than camping in a tent! Probably due to the nature of the park and its location, sewer connections are not available. Be prepared to actually put the computer down and enjoy your coffee as there is no Wireless Internet. You had better hope you have satellite if you are a TV Watcher – no cable tv at this park. Go ahead and bring along little Rusty since this park is Animal Friendly. Some parts of this RV Park are more rustic than others with tent camping being accepted.
