CARPINTERIA STATE BEACH is a RV Park in or near the town of Carpinteria. It is a largish and maybe almost large park with a listed 261 rv sites to park your home away from home. This park does not seem to have pull thru sites. We are not sure that your large Class A can fit comfortably so please call ahead. You will be able to connect your RV to electric. The largest electric service is probably 30 amp. Another of the basics – water hookups – is provided. Sewer connections are provided. Be prepared to actually put the computer down and enjoy your coffee as there is no WiFi. You had better hope you have satellite if you are a TV Watcher – no cable tv at this park. Go ahead and bring along little Paws since this park is Animal Friendly. Some parts of this RV Park are more rustic than others with tent camping being accepted. We tend to enjoy parks that have some connection to a waterfront, like a river or lake – and this park has that. Some shade trees do exist, which also make the park more scenic and attractive. If you ever get near Carpinteria make sure you stop on by the CARPINTERIA STATE BEACH.
