CANOE RIVER CAMPGROUND is a RV Park in or near the town of Valemount. It is a slightly larger than medium park with a possible 114 slots to park your coach. This park has pull thru pads if you are uncomfortable with backing your rig. If you are driving a large Class A motorhome, then you are in luck since there are some extra long pads. Electric hookups are provided. Power is no problem – the park has 50 amp service. For the true RV experience – water hookups are provided – much better than camping in a tent! You will want to ensure an empty gray and black tank as sewer connections are not provided here. If you just cannot get away without a little taste of the internet – do not be alarmed – Wireless Internet is at the park. We have no idea of the over the air TV, but we do know that no Cable TV is provided. Animals are welcome here. Not sure this is a good thing for a high class RV experience, but tent camping is allowed. A neat thing about this park is that it does have some waterfront attached to it. Some shade trees do exist, which also make the park more scenic and attractive. If you ever get near Valemount make sure you stop on by the CANOE RIVER CAMPGROUND.
