CANDY CANE RV PARK AND CAMPGROUND is a RV Park in or near the town of Steelville. It is a fairly small park with a listed 30 spots to park your recreational vehicle. This park has pull thru pads if you are uncomfortable with backing your rig. Do not worry too much about the length of your 45 footer since the sites are built for large RVs. You will be able to connect your RV to electric. One really nice thing is the 50 amp electric service. Another of the basics – water hookups – is provided. Some really good news is that a sewer connection is provided. I do not know about you, but I cannot live without 802.11 Wireless Internet and this park has it so that is a good thing. Really this shouldn’t be an issue for campers, honestly, but there is not a Cable TV hookup. Go ahead and bring along little Rusty since this park is Animal Friendly. Not sure this is a good thing for a high class RV experience, but tent camping is allowed. Swimming pool access is a nice touch for this park. If the days get hot, you can enjoy the shade trees that exist here. I am confident that the kind folks at CANDY CANE RV PARK AND CAMPGROUND would want you to give them a try if you are passing by Steelville.
