CAMPGROUND OCEAN FOREST is a RV Park in or near the town of Emerald Isle. It is a largish park with a claimed 156 pads to park your recreational vehicle. This park does not seem to have pull thru sites. Your very long camper should have no trouble in the longer slots this park has. No need for a generator since the park has electric. Power is no problem – the park has 50 amp service. For the true RV experience – water hookups are provided – much better than camping in a tent! Adding to your RVing joy, make sure you bring your stinky slinky as there are sewer connections at the park. Be prepared to actually put the computer down and enjoy your coffee as there is no Wireless Internet. When you are relaxing and enjoying your RV, you will also enjoy the Cable TV hookups too. Go ahead and bring along little Sparky since this park is Animal Friendly. Not sure this is a good thing for a high class RV experience, but tent camping is allowed. A neat thing about this park is that it does have some waterfront attached to it. Do not just drive by Emerald Isle – instead stop and rest at CAMPGROUND OCEAN FOREST.
