BURLINGAME STATE PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Charlestown. It is a very large park with a claimed 900 spots to park your recreational vehicle. This park has pull thru pads if you are uncomfortable with backing your rig. If you are driving a Motorhome, then you are in luck since there are some extra long pads. Bring your generator as this park does not have electric hookups. Do not expect to run both air conditioners as 30 amp seems to be the largest service. Make sure you have water in the fresh tank as water hookups are not provided. You will want to ensure an empty gray and black tank as sewer connections are not provided here. Be prepared to actually put the computer down and enjoy your coffee as there is no Wireless Internet. You had better hope you have satellite if you are a TV Watcher – no cable tv at this park. Go ahead and bring along little Fluffy since this park is Animal Friendly. If you like to REALLY get outside, you would be thrilled to know that you can camp in a tent here. This park has some waterfront so you might get to enjoy the added benefit of the peace of water. If the days get hot, you can enjoy the shade trees that exist here.
