BUFFALO COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS is a RV Park in or near the town of Kearney. It is a slightly larger than medium park with a claimed 100 rv sites to park your RV. This park has pull thru sites for your convenience. Your very large camper should have no trouble in the longer slots this park has. No need for a generator since the park has electric. One really nice thing is the 50 amp electric service. Make sure you have water in the fresh tank as water hookups are not provided. You will want to ensure an empty gray and black tank as sewer connections are not provided here. The park has a more authentic camping experience than some RV parks due to the lack of 802.11 Wireless Internet. Really this shouldn’t be an issue for campers, honestly, but there is not a Cable TV hookup. Go ahead and bring along little ole Yeller since this park is Animal Friendly. If you have a tent, you will need to keep it stowed at this RV park as tents are not allowed. If you ever get near Kearney make sure you stop on by the BUFFALO COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS.
