BRANTLEY LAKE STATE PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Carlsbad. It is a small park with a listed 51 spots to park your home away from home. This park has pull thru slots to make setting up a snap. Do not worry too much about the length of your 45 footer since the sites are built for large RVs. No need for a generator since the park has electric. You will be thrilled to know that 50 amp service is provided. For the true RV experience – water hookups are provided – much better than camping in a tent! Sewer connections are provided. Be prepared to actually put the computer down and enjoy your coffee as there is no Wireless Internet. You had better hope you have satellite if you are a Couch Potato – no cable tv at this park. Go ahead and bring along little Sparky since this park is Animal Friendly. Not sure this is a good thing for a high class RV experience, but tent camping is allowed. Shade trees are at this RV park so you will be able to sip pina colada in style. Do not just drive by Carlsbad – instead stop and rest at BRANTLEY LAKE STATE PARK.
