I stayed at this park for one month. It is a very crowded park. They have scratched out some tiny spaces on the edges of other sites to try to grab all the customers they can. Once you are in one of these bootleg sites your attempts to move into other better sites that come open are met with immediate no’s they pre reserve those site to future customers in preference to you and make no attempts to accommodate you once they already have you in one of their scrappy sites. They are very daytime one night stay oriented. They are closed promptly at 5:00 M-F Sat 8-2 If you work M-Sat. you will have a hard time dealing with them. They put your mail on your steps while you are gone, rain or people exposed. They don’t call you when they say they will if you get mail. They have a monopoly on LP tank refill and their prices are higher. Other town people have told me this and have recommended I just get the refill tanks from Wal-Mart. Those are a little smaller but you can get one no matter your work schedule. Even though they are in town their WiFi is regulated and you can not watch any movies, it took 4 hours to watch a 2 hour movie. Once you use 500MB you are slowed to 750Kbit, at 1000MB slowed to 375Kb, at 1500MB slowed to 5Kbit. You would be surprised how fast just checking you mail and a few web sites with advertisements will get you slowed down heavens forbid you watch a short video from a web site. Check out is at Noon so if you work M-Sat. You’ll have to take time out from work or get charged daily until you can move. When I moved to a friendlier, less expensive more personal able RV Park, All Boone asked me is where I moved to not what they could have done better. They charge $450.00 and electric yet their washers and driers are $1.50. It was a noisy park.

I am extremely disappointed with management at this park and CAN NOT recommend it to anyone, I was there 3 years and was supposed to have $151.00 refund for over payment and got $29.80, Watch yourself if dealing with them !!
