BIG SIOUX RECREATION AREA is a RV Park in or near the town of Brandon. It is a almost small park with a reported 50 rv sites to park your home away from home. This park does not seem to have pull thru sites. If you are driving a Big Daddy RV, then you are in luck since there are some extra long pads. No need for a generator since the park has electric. One really nice thing is the 50 amp electric service. Make sure you have water in the fresh tank as water hookups are not provided. You will not be able to stay indefinitely as there are no sewer connections. The park has a more authentic camping experience than some RV parks due to the lack of Wireless Internet. Really this shouldn’t be an issue for campers, honestly, but there is not a Cable TV hookup. Animals are welcome here. Some parts of this RV Park are more rustic than others with tent camping being accepted. Shade trees are at this RV park so you will be able to sip pina colada in style. Maybe if you are planning on visiting Brandon, you might find a great place to stay at BIG SIOUX RECREATION AREA.
