BIG HART (COE) is a RV Park in or near the town of Thomson. It is a somewhat small park with a possible 31 pads to park your RV. This park has pull thru slots to make setting up a snap. Your very large camper should have no trouble in the longer slots this park has. Electric hookups are provided. There is NO 50 amp service at the park. No need to fill the freshwater since there are water hookups. Probably due to the nature of the park and its location, sewer connections are not available. The park has a more authentic camping experience than some RV parks due to the lack of 802.11 Wireless Internet. Really this shouldn’t be an issue for campers, honestly, but there is not a Cable TV hookup. Your pet is welcome at this park. Not sure this is a good thing for a high class RV experience, but tent camping is allowed. We tend to enjoy parks that have some connection to a waterfront, like a river or lake – and this park has that. If the days get hot, you can enjoy the shade trees that exist here. Do not just drive by Thomson – instead stop and rest at BIG HART (COE).
