BIG CREEK CAMPGROUND is a RV Park in or near the town of Hoodsport. It is a fairly small park with a claimed 25 rv sites to park your recreational vehicle. This park has pull thru pads if you are uncomfortable with backing your rig. If your coach is 36 feet or longer you might want to call and see if you are too long. Bring your generator as this park does not have electric hookups. The largest electric service is probably 30 amp. At a minimum, make sure you have some drinking water as water hookups are not provided. You will not be able to stay indefinitely as there are no sewer connections. Be prepared to actually put the computer down and enjoy your coffee as there is no Wireless Internet. You had better hope you have satellite if you are a Couch Potato – no cable tv at this park. Go ahead and bring along little Paws since this park is Animal Friendly. Some parts of this RV Park are more rustic than others with tent camping being accepted. Shade trees are at this RV park so you will be able to sip iced tea in style. I am confident that the kind folks at BIG CREEK CAMPGROUND would want you to give them a try if you are passing by Hoodsport.
