BERKSHIRE LAKE CAMPGROUND is a RV Park in or near the town of Galena. It is a largish and maybe almost large park with a possible 285 rv sites to park your RV. This park has pull thru pads if you are uncomfortable with backing your rig. Do not worry too much about the length of your Motorhome since the sites are built for large RVs. You will be able to connect your RV to electric. Power is no problem – the park has 50 amp service. No need to fill the freshwater since there are water hookups. Some really good news is that a sewer connection is provided. If you just cannot get away without a little taste of the internet – do not be alarmed – WiFi is at the park. Really this shouldn’t be an issue for campers, honestly, but there is not a Cable TV hookup. Animals are welcome here. Maybe an anti-riff-raff rule, but tent camping is not accepted. Swimming pool access is a nice touch for this park. Some shade trees do exist, which also make the park more scenic and attractive.
