BARNWELL STATE PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Blackville. It is a fairly small park with a listed 25 sites to park your home away from home. This park must not have any pull thru sites that we are aware. The owners of the park were careful not to claim that the park can handle a Motorhome. No need for a generator since the park has electric. Power is no problem – the park has 50 amp service. No need to fill the freshwater since there are water hookups. Adding to your RVing joy, make sure you bring your stinky slinky as there are sewer connections at the park. Be prepared to actually put the computer down and enjoy your coffee as there is no WiFi. We have no idea of the over the air TV, but we do know that no Cable TV is provided. Animals are welcome here. Not sure this is a good thing for a high class RV experience, but tent camping is allowed. Some shade trees do exist, which also make the park more scenic and attractive. Do not just drive by Blackville – instead stop and rest at BARNWELL STATE PARK.
