ASPEN CAMPGROUND is a RV Park in or near the town of Neihart. It is a super miniscule park with a reported 6 slots to park your camper. This park must not have any pull thru sites that we are aware. Your large Class A motorhome should have no trouble in the longer slots this park has. Bring your generator as this park does not have electric hookups. The largest electric service is probably 30 amp. At a minimum, make sure you have some drinking water as water hookups are not provided. You will not be able to stay indefinitely as there are no sewer connections. The park has a more authentic camping experience than some RV parks due to the lack of 802.11 Wireless Internet. Really this shouldn’t be an issue for campers, honestly, but there is not a Cable TV hookup. Go ahead and bring along little Paws since this park is Animal Friendly. Some parts of this RV Park are more rustic than others with tent camping being accepted. If the days get hot, you can enjoy the shade trees that exist here. Do not just drive by Neihart – instead stop and rest at ASPEN CAMPGROUND.
