ARAPAHOE-ROOSEVELT/COLD SPRINGS is a RV Park in or near the town of Black Hawk. It is a mostly medium park with a claimed 75 pads to park your camper. This park has pull thru sites for your convenience. The owners of the park were careful not to claim that the park can handle a Big Daddy RV. Make sure your generator is fueled up for this park. Electric looks to not be provided. Do not expect to run both air conditioners as 30 amp seems to be the largest service. At a minimum, make sure you have some drinking water as water hookups are not provided. You will not be able to stay indefinitely as there are no sewer connections. Be prepared to actually put the computer down and enjoy your coffee as there is no WiFi. Really this shouldn’t be an issue for campers, honestly, but there is not a Cable TV hookup. Go ahead and bring along little Wags since this park is Animal Friendly. Some parts of this RV Park are more rustic than others with tent camping being accepted. If the days get hot, you can enjoy the shade trees that exist here. Do not be a stranger, when you are by Black Hawk, give the peeps at ARAPAHOE-ROOSEVELT/COLD SPRINGS a call.
