ANDREWS AFB FAM CAMPGROUND (FOR MILITARY CAMPING ONLY) is a RV Park in or near the town of Andrews Air Force Base. It is a small park with a listed 54 rv sites to park your home away from home. This park does not seem to have pull thru sites. Do not worry too much about the length of your large Class A since the sites are built for large RVs. Electric hookups are provided. Do not expect to run both air conditioners as 30 amp seems to be the largest service. No need to fill the freshwater since there are water hookups. Adding to your RVing joy, make sure you bring your stinky slinky as there are sewer connections at the park. I do not know about you, but I cannot live without 802.11 WiFi and this park has it so that is a good thing. Really this shouldn’t be an issue for campers, honestly, but there is not a Cable TV hookup. Your pet is welcome at this park. If you have a tent, you will need to keep it stowed at this RV park as tents are not allowed. If the days get hot, you can enjoy the shade trees that exist here. Do not just drive by Andrews Air Force Base – instead stop and rest at ANDREWS AFB FAM CAMPGROUND (FOR MILITARY CAMPING ONLY).
