ALTA LAKE STATE PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Pateros. It is a slightly larger than medium park with a listed 123 sites to park your coach. This park has pull thru sites for your convenience. If your coach is 36 feet or longer you might want to call and see if you are too long. Electric hookups are provided. There is NO 50 amp service at the park. Another of the basics – water hookups – is provided. You will want to ensure an empty gray and black tank as sewer connections are not provided here. If you are lucky, you might be able to use your cellular for internet, but otherwise there is no Wireless Internet. You had better hope you have satellite if you are a TV Watcher – no cable tv at this park. Animals are welcome here. Not sure this is a good thing for a high class RV experience, but tent camping is allowed. We tend to enjoy parks that have some connection to a waterfront, like a river or lake – and this park has that. Shade trees are at this RV park so you will be able to sip gin and tonics in style. I am confident that the kind folks at ALTA LAKE STATE PARK would want you to give them a try if you are passing by Pateros.
