PACIFIC PLAYGROUNDS is a RV Park in or near the town of Campbell River. It is a largish and maybe almost large park with a reported 225 pads to park your recreational vehicle. This park has pull thru pads if you are uncomfortable with backing your rig. Do not worry too much about the length of your very long camper since the sites are built for large RVs. You will be able to connect your RV to electric. Power is no problem – the park has 50 amp service. For the true RV experience – water hookups are provided – much better than camping in a tent! Some really good news is that a sewer connection is provided. I do not know about you, but I cannot live without WiFi and this park has it so that is a good thing. When you are relaxing and enjoying your RV, you will also enjoy the Cable TV hookups too. Animals are welcome here. Not sure this is a good thing for a high class RV experience, but tent camping is allowed. We tend to enjoy parks that have some connection to a waterfront, like a river or lake – and this park has that. If getting in a pool is your thing then you are in luck at this park – it has pool access. Some shade trees do exist, which also make the park more scenic and attractive. Do not be a stranger, when you are by Campbell River, give the peeps at PACIFIC PLAYGROUNDS a call.
