GREENWOOD FURNACE STATE PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Huntingdon. It is a small park with a reported 51 spots to park your home away from home. This park has no pull thru sites. Your large Class A motorhome should have no trouble in the longer slots this park has. You will be able to connect your RV to electric. Power is no problem – the park has 50 amp service. Regardless of other connections, water, surprisingly enough, is not a provided service. Probably due to the nature of the park and its location, sewer connections are not available. If you are lucky, you might be able to use your cellular for internet, but otherwise there is no 802.11 Wireless Internet. We have no idea of the over the air TV, but we do know that no Cable TV is provided. Go ahead and bring along little Barky since this park is Animal Friendly. Some parts of this RV Park are more rustic than others with tent camping being accepted. Shade trees are at this RV park so you will be able to sip jack and coke in style. Do not just drive by Huntingdon – instead stop and rest at GREENWOOD FURNACE STATE PARK.
