We have no idea of the over the air TV, but we do know that no Cable TV is provided. Your pet is welcome at this park. If you like to REALLY get outside, you would be thrilled to know that you can camp in a tent here. A neat thing about this park is that it does have some waterfront attached to it. Bring your skivvies this park has access to a pool. Some shade trees do exist, which also make the park more scenic and attractive.
