Long Description

WHEATLEY PROVINCIAL PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Wheatley. It is a largish and maybe almost large park with a claimed 220 spots to park your RV. This park must not have any pull thru sites that we are aware. We are not sure that your large Class A motorhome can fit comfortably so please call ahead. Electric hookups are provided. Do not expect to run both air conditioners as 30 amp seems to be the largest service. Regardless of other connections, water, surprisingly enough, is not a provided service. You will not be able to stay indefinitely as there are no sewer connections. The park has a more authentic camping experience than some RV parks due to the lack of 802.11 Wireless Internet. We have no idea of the over the air TV, but we do know that no Cable TV is provided. Go ahead and bring along little Sparky since this park is Animal Friendly. If you like to REALLY get outside, you would be thrilled to know that you can camp in a tent here. We tend to enjoy parks that have some connection to a waterfront, like a river or lake – and this park has that. Shade trees are at this RV park so you will be able to sip pina colada in style. Do not just drive by Wheatley – instead stop and rest at WHEATLEY PROVINCIAL PARK.
