RANGELEY LAKES STATE PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Rangeley. It is a almost small park with a claimed 50 slots to park your coach. This park has pull thru slots to make setting up a snap. If you are driving a Big Rig, then you are in luck since there are some extra long pads. Make sure your generator is fueled up for this park. Electric looks to not be provided. There is NO 50 amp service at the park. Make sure you have water in the fresh tank as water hookups are not provided. You will not be able to stay indefinitely as there are no sewer connections. Be prepared to actually put the computer down and enjoy your coffee as there is no 802.11 Wireless Internet. Really this shouldn’t be an issue for campers, honestly, but there is not a Cable TV hookup. Your pet is welcome at this park. Not sure this is a good thing for a high class RV experience, but tent camping is allowed. Shade trees are at this RV park so you will be able to sip lemonade in style. Do not just drive by Rangeley – instead stop and rest at RANGELEY LAKES STATE PARK.
