PERCY QUIN STATE PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Mccomb. It is a slightly larger than medium park with a claimed 101 slots to park your camper. This park must not have any pull thru sites that we are aware. Your Big Rig should have no trouble in the longer slots this park has. You will be able to connect your RV to electric. Power is no problem – the park has 50 amp service. Another of the basics – water hookups – is provided. Sewer connections are provided. The park has a more authentic camping experience than some RV parks due to the lack of 802.11 Wireless Internet. Really this shouldn’t be an issue for campers, honestly, but there is not a Cable TV hookup. Animals are welcome here. Not sure this is a good thing for a high class RV experience, but tent camping is allowed. We tend to enjoy parks that have some connection to a waterfront, like a river or lake – and this park has that. If getting in a pool is your thing then you are in luck at this park – it has pool access. Some shade trees do exist, which also make the park more scenic and attractive. Maybe if you are planning on visiting Mccomb, you might find a great place to stay at PERCY QUIN STATE PARK.
