KIRTLAND AIR FORCE BASE FAMCAMPGROUND (FOR MILITARY CAMPING ONLY) is a RV Park in or near the town of Albuquerque. It is a mostly medium park with a reported 72 sites to park your camper. This park has pull thru slots to make setting up a snap. If you are driving a Motorhome, then you are in luck since there are some extra long pads. You will be able to connect your RV to electric. One really nice thing is the 50 amp electric service. Another of the basics – water hookups – is provided. Adding to your RVing joy, make sure you bring your stinky slinky as there are sewer connections at the park. Be prepared to actually put the computer down and enjoy your coffee as there is no 802.11 Wireless Internet. You had better hope you have satellite if you are a TV Addict – no cable tv at this park. Animals are welcome here. Some parts of this RV Park are more rustic than others with tent camping being accepted. If the days get hot, you can enjoy the shade trees that exist here. If you ever get near Albuquerque make sure you stop on by the KIRTLAND AIR FORCE BASE FAMCAMPGROUND (FOR MILITARY CAMPING ONLY).
