BEACON HILL CAMPing is a RV Park in or near the town of Intercourse ( Lancaster, Bird in Hand, and Coatsville ). It is a almost small park with a reported 42 rv sites to park your recreational vehicle. This park has pull thru slots to make setting up a snap. If you are driving a large Class A, then you are in luck since there are some extra long pads. No need for a generator since the park has electric. Power is no problem – the park has 50 amp service. No need to fill the freshwater since there are water hookups. Sewer connections are provided. If you just cannot get away without a little taste of the internet – do not be alarmed – Wireless Internet is at the park. We have no idea of the over the air TV, but we do know that no Cable TV is provided. Animals are welcome here. If you like to REALLY get outside, you would be thrilled to know that you can camp in a tent here. If the days get hot, you can enjoy the shade trees that exist here. Do not just drive by Intercourse – instead stop and rest at BEACON HILL CAMPing.
Sheri and I visited the Lancaster Pennsylvania Dutch Amish country. We had a great time. This park was so pretty. This area is very neat and we had wonderful sticky buns ( a form of cinnamon bun ) and food when we visited. |
