What I've got today is a fifth wheel where a customer came in where he jack-knifed his truck and did some damage on the right front corner of the coach. One of things we had to do was the front casing aluminum framing; he bent some aluminum framing, we went in, put some new framing in. Now we'll take this front wall and put it back on the front of the coach. Some of the things we had to remove was some of the propane department, propane bottles, propane door, if you look up in there and stuff. And what happens is when we do a repair and we mess with the propane system, we always do a mono test when we're all done. Make sure there's no propane leaks or anything. We value your safety so, that's why we do a mono test. We also have a repair here on this coach where we did a little filon on the side wall. We did some fiberglass repair and we did a gel coat. This is basically what the gel coat looks like before you buff it out, what gel coat is, is the sealer for the fiberglass. What you got when you go to paint, paint is a color. You add color to gel coat, but if you just put regular automotive paint back on. You're not sealing the fiber glass the on wall. That's why you gonna put a gel coat. What we're going to do today is we're going to talk about some collision repairs. Some RV collision repairs to be exact, some RV replacement windows, some RV aluminum, some RV's siding, some RV filon and repair. and general service work on RV. I have a coach right here next to me that was repaired once before and it looks like they didn't use the proper materials. So basically this customers bought this coach back in to be re-repaired. What we are doing, as you can see, the luan here, which is the wood backing behind the fiberglass luan siding. If you don't clean the wood or replace the wood like new, as you can see this wood is delaming, peeling, you can not expect new luan siding to stick to something that once we glue it to it, it's going to come back off. But again here we had to remove all the windows, the RV windows had to come out. We had to remove the storage compartments on this coach. We had to remove the furnace . We had to remove the water heater and we had to do different things. As you can see, this coach has aluminum framing. We do, also do aluminum framing repair on coaches. Some coaches are made out of wood, but this particular one is aluminum framing, phylon with a luan backing on the filon. This is a repair job. As you can see, it just didn't stick.
