How to grease trailer wheel bearings with Dexter's E-Z Lube grease fitting. The Dexter E-Z Lube system uses a tube from the grease cert to the back of the bearing so that the fresh grease pushes the old grease out from the back toward the front. Many grease cert bearing buddy do not have this type configuration and thus only the front bearing is adequately supplied with fresh grease.

I recently lubricated the Dexter EZ Lube axles on my 5th wheel trailer. It turned out to be pretty easy to do and required about 3/4 of a tube of grease for each axle. The whole process took about an hour for all four axles, including adjusting the brakes while I had each tire jacked up.
This was a lot easier than taking each hub off and repacking the bearings by hand.
